Do the Work

You know what you need to do. Plan your week, tick it off a day at a time, and watch twelve weeks of it add up.

Here's what you'd open tomorrow. Real screens, running an example week.

The Today screen on a phone: Wednesday 4 March, one of four habits done, a calendar with Gym at 7am, Deep work at 9:30 and Spanish at 6pm, and habit chips underneath.
Today — the day as a calendar, with your habits under it
The Plan screen on a phone: week one, Sunday to Saturday as seven columns of colour-coded blocks with today picked out, and the week's hours totalled below.
Plan — the whole week in seven columns, and where the hours went
The Goals screen on a phone: Q1 2026, a Health area reading "Be strong and well at 60" with a half marathon goal 46 per cent done, and a Learning area below it.
Goals — a quarter's goals, under the life areas they serve

One week at a time. Seven days, seven things, one at a time until they're done.

1. Plan the week

On Sunday, pick the habits you're actually doing this week and block out where the hours go. One week, not a system.

2. Do the day

Today shows the blocks, the habits and the tasks for one day. Tick things off. The number moves.

3. See the week you had

A finished week gets a score and a grade — Locked in, Strong, Solid, Patchy, Reset. A bad week says Reset, not failure.

Nothing much happens for a while. Then it all happens at once.
